Description

Windsor Park Lakes is a gated community located on the far-east side of Katy in Harris County (77094)…close to I10 and the Energy Corridor.

Primarily built since 1996, most of the 340+ homes (approx.) in this neighborhood are water front homes, some of which have private docks which allow residents to fish and launch boats from their own backyard. On average, these are Mediteranean style homes with 4 bedrooms, 4+ baths, and approximately 4100sf with 2-car garages. This is an older neighborhood, so these homes may need to be updated/remodeled.

Residents enjoy the numerous amenities including tennis courts, the fitness center and basketball court, the swimming pool, clubhouse, playground, sandy beach, nature preserve, and several community piers which provide the perfect setting to fish and enjoy the serenity of the lake.
