Fulshear, TX (pronounced “ful-sure”), is located southwest of Katy in ZIP code 77441. It has quickly emerged as one of the most popular places for buyers who love Katy but want newer options and room to grow. As Katy Southwest has become fully built out with little to no new construction remaining, developers naturally moved west, and Fulshear is where that growth landed.
