It has been developed by Lennar (home builder) and the homes here are built around contemporary layouts, builder-backed guarantees, and a lifestyle geared toward ease and connection. However, the schools here are not top-rated schools.

Anniston is located in Harris County and was primarily built between 2024 to 2025. The “typical” home in Anniston is around 1749 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a 2-car garage, and on a 4,860 sf lot. About 82% of the homes are one-story and many lots back to lakes, greenbelts or amenities that bring nature closer to home.
