Camillo Lakes Katy TX is a newer community located in Northwest Katy, near Clay Rd and Katy Hockley Rd. It’s a well-designed neighborhood by Legend Homes (builder) and offers affordably-priced homes. However, it’s zoned to some of the lower-rated schools in Katy.
Camillo Lakes is located in Harris County and was primarily built between 2017 to 2023. The “typical” home in this neighborhood is around 2246 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a 2-car garage, and on a 4,950 sf lot. About 10% of the homes are one-story, and you will have a hard time finding a home with a private pool.
As for lifestyle and amenities, Camillo Lakes delivers some perks: it includes a community lake that allows small electric water-craft, a community pool with lake views, a clubhouse, and a lakeside playground. While the lots are somewhat smaller and the homes more affordable than some of the premium neighborhoods, it still offers strong value and a modern feel.
Camillo Lakes Katy TX is ideal if you’re looking for an affordable, newer home, in a fast-growing area, with modern finishes and good access to major roads, and don’t mind the lower-rated schools.
