Plus, it’s zoned to highly-rated schools (but watch for the two different schools districts).

Tamarron is located in Fort Bend County and was primarily built between 2019 to 2025. The “typical” home in Tamarron is around 2249 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a 2-car garage, and on a 6,362 sf lot. About 15% of the homes are one-story, and it’s so new, not many homes have private pools (yet!).
