Plus, it’s zoned to highly-rated elementary and middle schools!

Woodcreek Reserve is located in Fort Bend County and was primarily built between 2004 to 2016. The “typical” home in Woodcreek Reserve is around 3944 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 3-car garage, and on a 12,182 sf lot. About 23% of the homes are one-story, and roughly 45% have private pools. Homes here are known for their spacious floor plans, elegant finishes, and larger lots.
