Grange is located in Waller County and currently being built by a talented roster of builders like Highland Homes, David Weekley, Perry Homes, Westin Homes, and more. Right now, the “typical” home offered in Grange is around 2746 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 2-car garage, and on a 7,286 sf lot. About 36% of the homes are one-story. Homes here are fresh, built on 45- to 60-ft lots, some of which may back to lakes or greenbelts, making outdoor living and privacy real possibilities.

Lifestyle-wise, Grange is planned for connection and activity including trails, parks, lakes, and amenity center.

Grange Katy TX is a “master planned community” and has a Home Owner’s Association. The annual maintenance fees pay for the Grange amenities and upkeep and can change from year to year. Go to the Grange website for helpful phone numbers, community documents, annual maintenance fees, and utility information. (Or get your Realtor to locate that information for you.)

You should know that Granges tend to change their HOA management company from year-to-year, so check the neighborhood website to find the current HOA management company.

You will want a Realtor to help you practice Due Diligence in this Grange regarding high-voltage powerlines, drainage issues, lots backing to busy streets, flood zone issues, MUD tanks/treatment centers, etc. This Grange is located in X,  100-yr, and 500-yr flood zones, so make sure your Realtor checks a house’s flood zone and history before you make an offer (like me 🙂 ).
