Pecan Ridge Fulshear TX is located in Fort Bend County and was primarily built between 2023 to 2025 (brand new!). The “typical” home in Pecan Ridge is around 2976 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 2-car garage, and on a 7,606 sf lot. About 30% of the homes are one-story, and since it’s so new, not many homes have private pools. However, many homes feature open-concept layouts, covered outdoor spaces, and premium finishes, which is exactly what today’s buyers are looking for.
