Cimarron is located on the east side of Katy in Fort Bend County…close to I10 and Grand Parkway (southeast corner).
Primarily built in the late 1970s, most of the 1500 homes (approx.) in this neighborhood are one-story ranch-style homes. On average, these homes have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and approximately 1700sf with 2-car garages, and a median lot size of 7700sf. This is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in east Katy and it is zoned to good schools with mature trees.
