Governors Place is located on the east side of Katy in Fort Bend County…close to I10 and Grand Parkway (southeast corner).
Primarily built in the 80s and 90s, most of the 500 homes (approx.) in this neighborhood are one-story ranch-style homes. On average, these homes have 4 bedrooms, 2+ baths, and approximately 2500sf with 2-car garages, and a median lot size of 8400sf. This is one of the most affordable neighborhoods in east Katy and it is zoned to good schools with mature trees.
Governors Place Katy features a community clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.
