Note: This neighborhood is officially “Canyon Gate at Cardiff Ranch” but most people around here don’t call it that…just “Cardiff Ranch.”
Cardiff Ranch Katy TX is located in Fort Bend County and was primarily built between 2010 to 2015. The “typical” home in Cardiff Ranch is around 3880.5 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 2-car garage, and on a 9,000 sf lot. About 14% of the homes are one-story, and roughly 41% have private pools.
Homes in Cardiff Ranch were built primarily in the 2010s and offer a wonderful mix of styles and sizes, from single-story family homes to spacious two-story properties with media rooms and game rooms. Many sit on oversized or cul-de-sac lots, and some even back to water features that make the backyard views extra special. You’ll also find beautifully landscaped streets and plenty of pride of ownership throughout the community.
One of my favorite things about this neighborhood is the amenities. Residents enjoy a private recreation center with a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness room, and playground, plus tennis and basketball courts. There are also scenic lakes and walking trails that make it easy to get outside and unwind after a busy day (learn more).
