Falcon Point Katy TX

—77494—

Falcon Point Katy TX is a distinctive neighborhood on the Southwest side of Katy, that offers golf course living and a sense of classic Katy charm. I like how it’s tucked just off Kingsland Boulevard and Falcon Point Drive, giving you easy access to I-10, Grand Parkway (99), and all the shopping and dining options at LaCenterra and Katy Mills Mall. The location is close to everything, yet it feels peaceful and private once you’re inside the neighborhood. Plus, it’s zoned to (mostly) great schools!

Falcon Point is located in both Fort Bend and Harris Counties and was primarily built between 1985 to 2005. The “typical” home in Falcon Point is around 3458 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a 2-car garage, and on a 9,470 sf lot. About 30% of the homes are one-story, and roughly 45% have private pools.

Many of the homes offer beautiful views of The Club at Falcon Point golf course and its surrounding lakes. You’ll find a variety of home styles here, from traditional brick and stucco designs to more updated custom properties. Many homes feature mature landscaping, spacious lots, and inviting outdoor areas that make the most of those golf course or water views.

One of my favorite things about Falcon Point is its sense of community. The neighborhood includes gated and non-gated sections, along with access to The Club at Falcon Point, which offers golf, tennis, swimming, dining, and social events. Even if you’re not a golfer, the scenic views and relaxed atmosphere make this neighborhood feel like a private retreat.

Falcon Point Katy TX is perfect if you’re looking for a well-established community with character, beautiful surroundings, and convenient access to everything in west Katy. It’s one of those neighborhoods where you can truly slow down, enjoy the view, and feel right at home.

Commute & Access

Commuting in the Houston Metroplex can be challenging, and tends to be one of the top criteria when deciding on where to live. The best way to estimate your commute time is to use Google Maps at the time you commute. Simply enter your work address and the address of the house you are interested in, and Google Maps will estimate your commute time. This time is based on the actual time you perform the search, so use it during your expected commute times.
