Seven Meadows Katy is a beautiful neighborhood that is located on the west side of Katy in Fort Bend County…close to the northwest corner of Grand Parkway and Westpark Tollway. This means that it has very easy access to major roadways to shorten your commute into Houston.
The schools zoned to this neighborhood are the highest-rated in Katy TX including Seven Lakes High School which is usually a 10 on Greatschools.org.
Primarily built in the mid 2000s, most of the 1700+ homes (approx.) in this neighborhood are Traditional in style. On average, these homes are two-story homes with 4 bedrooms, 2+ baths, and approximately 3100sf with 2-car garages, and a median lot size of 9500sf.
This upscale neighborhood features Meadowbrook Farms golf course, so homes on golf course lots are available. In addition, this neighborhood has two playgrounds, two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a fitness center. There is also a large green space named “Central Park” where community events are held on a regular basis. This is one of my favorite Katy neighborhoods and I can highly recommend this community!
